These pads fit the FYROST Hush throat unit and do nothing on their own. Do not use them on skin that is broken, irritated or infected. Apply to clean, dry skin and remove slowly. If the skin under the pad becomes red or sore, stop and give the area a few nights off.

Clean, dry skin on the front of the throat, centred just below the Adam's apple. Smooth it down from the middle outward.

Clip the unit on
