  • 6 cm centre, 10–11 cm wing — the gap between ear and shoulder, filled
  • Slow-rebound memory foam — takes your shape instead of pushing back
  • Nothing to wear or charge — you change the pillow, not the routine

Standard, or Long?
Standard
50 × 30 cm. The right size for most people, and the one to pick if you tend to stay where you land.
Long
60 × 35 cm. Pick this if you move a lot — the extra width means you are still on the contour when you shift, rather than off the end of it.

THE WING FILLS THE GAP BETWEEN EAR AND SHOULDER

Cirrus is a positional pillow. It makes side-sleeping more comfortable so you stay there; it does not act on your airway. It is not a medical device, it is not intended to diagnose or treat any condition, and it is not a treatment for sleep apnea. Snoring can be a symptom of a sleep disorder — if you gasp, choke or stop breathing in your sleep, or you are exhausted after a full night, see a doctor rather than buying a gadget. Do not use it for children under three. If you are being treated for a neck, shoulder or spinal condition, ask your clinician before changing pillow height.

The advice that never sticks

You do not fail at side-sleeping. Your pillow does.

Lying on your back is the worst position for snoring, and everyone knows it. The jaw drops, the tongue and the soft tissue at the back of the throat settle backwards under their own weight, and the gap the air has to move through gets narrower. So you roll onto your side, and for about forty minutes it is fine. Then your shoulder starts to ache, because a flat pillow is roughly half the height of the gap between your ear and the mattress, so your neck has spent the last forty minutes folded sideways. You roll back. Not out of laziness — out of a completely reasonable objection to a bent neck. Cirrus is not a clever device. It is a pillow that is actually the right height on its outer edges, which turns out to be most of the problem.

Six reasons · Position, not hardware

A pillow with two jobs and a different height for each

01
Two Heights In One Pillow
The raised outer wings are for your side. The lower centre channel is for your back. You do not have to choose in advance, or wake up to swap.
02
It Fills The Ear-To-Shoulder Gap
That gap is what a flat pillow leaves empty, and what your neck bends to make up. The wing is built to fill it so your spine stays in a line.
03
Slow-Rebound Foam
It gives way gradually and holds the shape it takes, rather than springing back and nudging your head off the contour every time you move.
04
Nothing To Wear
No strap, no pad, no adhesive, no device on your face. If you have tried wearable fixes and disliked all of them, this is the opposite approach.
05
Nothing To Charge Or Pair
Powered anti-snore pillows exist and start north of three hundred dollars. This one is foam that is the right shape, which is a great deal of the same benefit.
06
Washable Cover
The poly-cotton cover unzips and goes in the machine, which matters more than it sounds for something your face is on for eight hours.

How it works

Three things, and then you go to bed.

STEP 01

Let it expand

Cirrus ships compressed. Unroll it, give it a day to reach full loft, and let the new-foam smell air off before the first night.

STEP 02

Sleep on the wing

On your side, your ear goes on the raised outer wing, not the middle. That is the part doing the work.

STEP 03

Give it a week

A contour pillow changes how your neck is held. Most people need a few nights to stop noticing it and one week to prefer it.

What the first week feels like

★★★★★

"Sceptical about a pillow making any difference to snoring. Less sceptical now. The centre dip is comfortable on the nights I end up on my back anyway. Would buy again without thinking about it."

★★★★★

"My physio suggested a contoured pillow and I picked this one on the shape. The long one gives you room to move without falling off the contour. Best pillow I have owned."

Nadia Z. · Verified Buyer
★★★★☆

"I have been told to sleep on my side for years and never managed a full night. Firm but not hard. It gives slowly, the way memory foam should. Took a good week to get used to, longer than I expected."

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will this stop me snoring?

It will not do anything to your airway directly, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What it does is make sleeping on your side comfortable enough that you stay there, and most people snore less on their side than on their back. If you snore just as much on your side, a pillow is not your answer.

How tall is it, exactly?

The centre channel is about 6 cm and the outer wings are 10–11 cm, depending on size. Standard is 50 × 30 cm and Long is 60 × 35 cm.

Which size should I pick?

Standard suits most people. Pick Long if you move around a lot in the night — the extra width means you are still on the contour when you shift rather than sliding off the end of it.

It arrived flat and creased. Is that normal?

Yes. It ships vacuum-compressed to keep the parcel sensible. Unroll it, leave it a day, and it will reach full loft. If it still looks compressed after two days, email us.

Does it smell?

New memory foam has a faint chemical smell for the first day or two. Air it in an open room before you sleep on it and it passes. If it is still noticeable after a week, that is not normal and we will replace it.

Does it sleep hot?

Memory foam holds more heat than a feather pillow — that is true of the whole category, this one included. It is not a cooling pillow and we do not sell it as one. If sleeping hot is your main problem, look at the Frost Line instead.

Can I wash it?

The cover unzips and machine-washes. The foam core does not go in the machine — spot-clean it and let it dry fully.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 5–10 business days, with tracking emailed as soon as your Cirrus ships.
