Things to wear, charge, pair or replace
Cirrus is a positional pillow. It makes side-sleeping more comfortable so you stay there; it does not act on your airway. It is not a medical device, it is not intended to diagnose or treat any condition, and it is not a treatment for sleep apnea. Snoring can be a symptom of a sleep disorder — if you gasp, choke or stop breathing in your sleep, or you are exhausted after a full night, see a doctor rather than buying a gadget. The advice that never sticks
You do not fail at side-sleeping. Your pillow does.
Lying on your back is the worst position for snoring, and everyone knows it. The jaw drops, the tongue and the soft tissue at the back of the throat settle backwards under their own weight, and the gap the air has to move through gets narrower. If you snore just as much on your side, a pillow is not your answer.
How tall is it, exactly?
The centre channel is about 6 cm and the outer wings are 10–11 cm, depending on size. Standard is 50 × 30 cm and Long is 60 × 35 cm.
