The 60-night guarantee

Every FYROST order is covered by our 60-night money-back guarantee. Take 60 days from the day your order is delivered to decide. If it’s not for you, we’ll refund your purchase price in full — no restocking fees, no store-credit games, no awkward questions.

All FYROST devices also carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

How to start a return

Email info@fyrost.com with your order number and a line on why it didn’t work out. We’ll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address. Please don’t post anything back before then — returns sent without prior authorisation can’t be matched to an order and can’t be processed.

Return shipping

Return postage is arranged and paid by the customer — we don’t provide prepaid return labels, and return shipping costs aren’t refunded. We strongly recommend a tracked service: we can only refund a return that reaches us, and tracking protects you if a parcel goes missing in transit.

Condition of returns

The guarantee exists so you can actually try your device, so normal use during the trial does not affect it — and used pads never count against you. Where possible, return the unit, charging case and cable in their original packaging. Only significant damage or missing components can affect eligibility — if you’re unsure, just ask first.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

This is a different, faster path. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. In most cases we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund without asking you to post anything back — and where a return is needed, we cover that shipping.
