Zephyr is a wellness product for ordinary snoring caused by restricted airflow at the nose. It is not a medical device, it is not intended to diagnose or treat any condition, and it is not a treatment for sleep apnea. Snoring can be a symptom of a sleep disorder — if you gasp, choke or stop breathing in your sleep, or you are exhausted after a full night, see a doctor rather than buying a gadget. Do not use Zephyr on broken, irritated, sunburnt or infected skin, over a healing piercing or recent nasal surgery, or if you have a known adhesive or silicone allergy.

The test you can do right now

Push the sides of your nose outward. If breathing gets easier, this is your problem.

It is called nasal valve collapse and it is unglamorously mechanical. The soft outer wall of each nostril flexes inward every time you inhale. Awake and upright you barely notice. Lying down, congested, or simply built with a narrow nose, that flex closes the gap enough that the air has to move faster to get through — and fast air through a soft tube is exactly what makes noise. It is also why you wake with your mouth open and a throat like sandpaper: if the nose will not pass enough air, you switch to the mouth without ever waking up to decide. Nasal strips pull the nose open from the bridge and give up when the adhesive meets skin oil. Internal cones open it from the inside and make a lot of people sneeze. Zephyr does it from the outside, on the part that actually collapses.

Six reasons · The nose, not the throat

Built for the narrow bit at the front

01
It Works Where Your Nose Bends
Strips pull from the bridge. Zephyr sits on the nostril wall itself — the soft part that flexes inward when you breathe in.
02
Four Sizes, Not One
The reason most nasal products fail is that noses are not standard. You get all four and keep the one that sits right.
03
Nothing Inside The Nostril
No cones, no stents, no plastic in your airway. It rests on the outside of the nose, and it comes off in one piece.
04
The Silicone Never Runs Out
Wash it, dry it, use it again. The only consumable is a small adhesive tab, which is a far cheaper habit than a strip a night.
05
Nothing To Charge
No battery, no cable, no app, no account. It is a shaped piece of silicone, and that is the entire appeal.
06
Honest About Its Limits
If your snoring comes from the back of your throat, this will not fix it. We would rather tell you that than sell you the wrong thing twice.

How it works

Three things, and then you go to bed.

STEP 01

Find your size

Try the four dilators over a few evenings. The right one sits snugly on the nostril wall without pinching or sliding.

STEP 02

Stick a tab on

Press one small round adhesive tab onto clean, dry skin on each side of the nose, where the dilator will sit.

STEP 03

Press the dilator on

The textured face grips the tab and holds. Peel it off in the morning; the silicone washes under the tap.

What people notice first

★★★★★

"I have a narrow nose and it has always been the reason I mouth-breathe at night. Went from mouth-breathing all night to waking up without a desert mouth. Would buy again."

Rachel S. · Verified Buyer
★★★★★

"My wife bought it for me. I was sceptical and I was wrong. My wife says the noise dropped noticeably in the first week. For the money it is the best sleep purchase I have made."

Amy E. · Verified Buyer
★★★★☆

"My partner recorded me on her phone. That is how this purchase happened. I get several nights out of each tab before it stops gripping. The tabs are the weak point — I get three or four nights each, not more."

Good to know

Questions, answered

How do I know my snoring is coming from my nose?

There is a rough test. Sit still, press the outer walls of your nose gently outward with two fingertips, and breathe in. If that is noticeably easier than breathing in without doing it, your nasal valve is part of the problem and a dilator is worth trying. If it makes no difference at all, your snoring is more likely coming from the soft tissue at the back of your throat, and Zephyr is the wrong product for you.

Where exactly does it sit?

On the outside of the nose, along the rounded outer wall of each nostril, curving under the tip. It does not go inside the nostril, it is not a strip across the bridge, and it does not touch your lip.

Does it stay on all night?

For most people, yes — that is what the adhesive tab is for, and it is a stronger hold than a nasal strip because it grips a textured face rather than skin alone. Some people do find it on the pillow in the morning, usually face-down sleepers. If yours is coming off, try a fresh tab and make sure the skin is clean and completely dry first.

Is it a treatment for sleep apnea?

No, and please do not buy it as one. Zephyr is a wellness product for ordinary snoring. It is not a medical device and it is not intended to diagnose or treat any condition. If you gasp, choke or stop breathing in your sleep, or you wake exhausted after a full night, see a doctor — that conversation is worth having whatever any gadget does.

Who should not use it?

Do not use it on skin that is broken, irritated, sunburnt or infected, over a healing piercing or recent nasal surgery, or if you have a known adhesive or silicone allergy. Keep the dilators and tabs away from children — they are a choking hazard.

How long does one tab last?

It varies with your skin, and it is genuinely a few nights rather than weeks. You replace a tab when it stops gripping cleanly. The Starter pack has 60 tabs and Season has 180.

Can I use it for running or the gym?

People do. It is the same mechanism either way — the nostril is held open, so more air moves through the nose. We make no performance claim about it.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 5–10 business days, with tracking emailed as soon as your Zephyr ships.
